SCRATCH Coding

Kids learn to create their own computer games and fun animations with SCRATCH using "drag and drop programing". SCRATCH, developed by MIT, helps young kids to learn to think creatively, reason systematically, and work collaboratively - essential skills for life in the 21st century. Color coded, intuitive drag and drop block programming, as well as sounds, backdrop images and drawings are used.

JAVA Coding

Introduces students to the fundamental principles of the Java Programming Language in a step by step structured manner. The course employs many practical examples and exercises that make these programming fundamental concepts clear. An emphasis is given to examples that use Graphics, Colors & Animation to keep the students engaged, curious and interested.

PYTHON Coding

Python is a powerful, expressive programming language that`s easy to learn and fun to use. Python for kids easily brings kids into the world of programming. We build cool Graphics & Games during the course. We use IDLE as development tool as well as common Libraries that help with Graphics and Game building like tkinter and pygame.

3D PRINTING & CAD

3D Printing & CAD for Grades 6+. Design your own mini Mars rover! Learn the art of 3D Printing and Computer Aided Design! Using SketchUp as a platform, students will create a mini Mars rover model while learning design thinking and CAD tools. At the end of the class, we'll ship your printed projects directly to you!

CARTOONING

Learn the art of cartooning online! Using just a pencil and paper, students will create their own custom characters in a step-by-step manner using basic shapes and guidelines.

PHOTOSHOP

In this course, students will learn how to create beautiful images and designs using in-depth Photoshop tools. Each project will be structured as to focus on certain tools and Photoshop features. Class projects will grow in complexity, building upon what was learned in previous classes. Students should download Photoshop before the start of class. (Photoshop Education subscription is available online)

ProCreate

Create amazing works of digital art using ProCreate! Each project will be structured as to focus on certain tools and features, allowing students to see the effect of the tool on their artwork. The projects will continue to grow in complexity, each building upon what was taught in the previous class. Students must have an iPad 6 generation or higher and download the ProCreate app. We recommend using an Apple pen for drawing although other stylus are compatible.

PRIVATE CLASSES
